Are you out of dinner ideas and thinking what you should cook for your family. Don’t worry I got you. This Grilled Chicken with Baked Veggies is a nice healthy dinner if you are looking for something healthy but delicious. This recipe is so easy and fast to make. You don’t have to stick with the veggies I used. You can use whatever you have.
Ingredients
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Dried Oregano
- Dried Basil
- Olive Oil
- Parsley
- Chicken Breast Fillets
- Potatoes cut into wedges or use Baby Potatoes
- Zucchini
- Eggplant
- Broccoli
Instructions
- Preheat the oven on 350F
- In a bowl mix the chicken with the seasoning, oregano, and basil.
- In a bowl mix the veggies with some seasoning, oregano, and basil. Add some olive oil (don’t add too much, you want it to just coat the veggies).
- Put them in the oven till the potatoes are cooked.
- Meanwhile, in a medium skillet grill the chicken breast fillet till the temperature get to at least 165F.
- Serve and Enjoy.
