    Crepes

    Ingredients

    13 oz of Flour

    4 oz of butter

    5 eggs

    25 fl oz milk

    2 Tbsp of sugar

    A pinch of salt

    In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt and mix them

    Add the eggs, the melted butter and mix together.

    Add the milk and mix together

    Decorate your crepes as desired

    Note: to avoid having a heterogeneous mix, strain the mix.

  • Walnut Brownies

    Walnut Brownies

    Ingrédients:

    • 7 oz of semi sweet chocolate chips
    • 4 oz of sugar
    • 4oz of butter
    • 1 Tbsp of powdered sugar
    • 2 Tbsp of flour
    • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
    • 4 eggs

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    • Butter a 9” pan

    • Melt butter and chocolate chips together and remove from heat

    • Add sugar and mix

    • Add eggs (one at a time) and mix every time

    • Add flour while mixing

    • Stir in the chopped walnuts

    • Pour batter into prepared baking pan

    • Cook for 20 minutes

    Recipe:

    *First layer: cooked ground beef with 2 eggs

    *Second layer: about 7 ounces of spinach cooked til it dries from water and mixed with an egg, salt, pepper

    *Third layer (top layer): 425 g (15 oz) ricotta cheese, 2 eggs with some parmesan salt and pepper.

    Put your three layers in a pan then cook till the top layer become gold.

  • Spaghetti Bolognese

    Spaghetti Bolognese

    Recipe:

    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1/2 onion
    • 1 lb spaghetti
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 6 oz minced beef
    • 1 can diced tomatoes
    • 1 tbsp tomato paste
    • Oregano
    • Italian seasoning
    • Basil

    * Heat oil in a large pot or deep skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic, cook for 5 minutes or until light golden and softened.

    * Turn heat up to high and add meat. Cook, breaking it up as your go, until browned.

    * Add remaining ingredients except salt and pepper. Stir, bring to a simmer then turn down to medium so it bubbles gently. Cook for 20 – 30 minutes (no lid), adding water if the sauce gets too thick for your taste. Stir occasionally. * Adjust salt and pepper to taste right at the end. * Serve over spaghetti
