Ingredients:
- X large or jumbo raw Shrimp peeled, deveined, tail on
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt
- Paprika
- Bell pepper
- Yellow onion
- Skewers
Instructions:
- In a small bow mix the olive oil, cilantro, salt and paprika.
- Cut the onion and pepper into large dices.
- In a large bowl mix the shrimp, the pepper, and onion with the oil cilantro dressing.
- Skewer onion, pepper, and shrimp in desired order.
- Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes on each side. The shrimp should reach at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Serve your grilled shrimp skewers with lemon wedges and a salad.
- Enjoy


Note: You can use ez-peel shrimp instead. I just don’t like to peel the shrimp when eating.
